At Surajya Sarvangin Vikas Prakalp, we believe that the youth of our Sevavastis are not just beneficiaries; they are the greatest assets of the nation. Our Youth Development project is designed to bridge the gap between education and employment, transforming youth into confident, self-reliant, and socially responsible leaders.
We provide a platform for youth to gain professional experience while staying connected to their roots.
We identify bright and motivated youth from the community and provide them opportunities to work as volunteers or teachers in our Abhyasika centres.
By teaching younger children, these youth develop essential skills such as public speaking, management, patience, and leadership.
This opportunity gives them dignity and becomes a stepping stone toward their professional careers.
The journey from being a student to becoming a professional can be challenging. We support our youth in the following ways:
To build a 'Surajya', we need people with strong character and a broad perspective.
We organize workshops based on communication skills, goal setting, ethics, and emotional intelligence.
We organize trekking expeditions to build physical resilience, team spirit, and love for the environment.
To understand the professional world, youth visit various industries, administrative offices, and social institutions.
Youth are encouraged to express themselves, take responsibility, and become role models in their communities.
Our goal is to create a cycle of success. The youth we train today become mentors for the next generation.
By combining adventure, education, and employment, we ensure that the energy of our youth is channelized into constructive nation-building.
Many of our current senior teachers and coordinators are former students who grew through our youth development programs.
These young men and women are living proof that hard work and the right guidance lead to success.
