Kishori Project

About the Project

At Surajya Sarvangin Vikas Prakalp, we believe that empowering an adolescent girl means transforming an entire family.

Our Kishori Personality Development Project is a special initiative designed to help adolescent girls from Sevavastis grow with confidence, safety, and a clear vision for their future.

Our Approach: Safe Spaces & Weekly Mentorship

We create dedicated Kishori Groups in every community. These groups serve as safe spaces where girls can discuss, learn, and grow together. Weekly sessions are conducted on the following important topics:

Health & Hygiene

Comprehensive awareness of physical health and menstrual hygiene.

Safety & Rights

Awareness about legal rights and personal protection.

Navigating Life

Helping girls manage emotions, relationships, and future goals with confidence.

Future Readiness

Career counseling and guidance for building successful futures.

Skill Building & Vocational Training

To ensure our Kishoris become self-reliant, we provide them with specialized vocational training.

Patient Assistant Course

Basic nursing and medical care training for healthcare opportunities.

Beautician Training

Skills for starting small businesses and self-employment.

Digital Literacy

Computer and digital skills for the modern world.

Strength & Self-Defense

We believe physical strength builds mental confidence. Girls are trained in self-defense techniques to protect themselves during difficult situations.

Exposure & Annual Milestones

Students grow best when they step outside their regular environment and experience the world.

Residential Camps

Annual camps focused on leadership, discipline, teamwork, and personality development.

Educational & Exposure Trips

Visits to institutions and historical places that inspire confidence and broader thinking.
